...I listen to Louis Armstrong's 'la vie en rose'. It gives me the warm fuzzies & happy shimmeries. It makes me want to put on a dress, drink a glass of wine, dance in the living room and fall in love alllll over again.

June 8th was our 1 year wedding anniversary! We ventured down to D.C. for the weekend. we had known for a week that we were pregnant, so we had two reasons to celebrate!!
It was a great time for us to get away, relax, shop, & eat. We spent a lot of that weekend talking about our #2 year, and dreaming about being parents. What an adventure we are about to take!

Well doves, it is late, and time for me and the bean to sleep. I hope you all have a delicious and sunny and happy holiday, overeating and lighting sparklers! Enjoy!
